Angeles Chavez
Angeles Chavez brings more than three decades of experience in education, curriculum development, institutional leadership, multilingual programming, grant development, nonprofit capacity building, government collaboration, and international partnerships.
Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of education, workforce development, technology, organizational growth, and community advancement. She has authored more than 34 books and educational resources and has collaborated with educators, schools, nonprofit organizations, businesses, public-sector leaders, and community partners to create programs that expand access to knowledge, innovation, and opportunity.
As Executive Director of Grants & Strategic Initiatives at Novara Global Foundation, Angeles leads the development of funding strategies, grant proposals, government and institutional opportunities, strategic partnerships, program concepts, consortium relationships, and long-term sustainability initiatives. Her work supports Novara’s mission to strengthen individuals and communities through education, training, mentorship, scholarships, technology, CRM systems, robotics, and future-ready learning experiences.
Her leadership approach combines strategic vision with disciplined execution, careful documentation, measurable outcomes, responsible stewardship, and cross-sector collaboration. She is committed to transforming innovative ideas into sustainable programs that strengthen organizations, empower communities, and create lasting impact.
