Welcome to Novara Global Foundation.
I am Luis Arreola, Executive Director and Founder. I created this foundation because I believe opportunity should not depend on where someone is born, their family resources, or proximity to systems that open doors. Talent and brilliance exist everywhere.
Our mission is to help turn that potential into possibility.
Novara exists to be a bridge between education and employment, technology and humanity, training and transformation, innovation and access.
Through charitable and educational initiatives, mentorship, scholarships, youth and family support, and technology-based resources, we work to create pathways that empower people to learn, build skills, and become leaders in their communities.
Today’s world requires preparation, systems, skills, discipline, and courage. That is why we focus on three pillars:
- Training to build knowledge, confidence, and real-world skills.
- Digital Systems through CRM development and smart platforms that help organizations serve better and scale their impact.
- Robots & Robotics as a doorway to imagination, engineering, and the future, because innovation should be tangible and inspiring.
We are also deeply committed to families and communities that need support, guidance, and opportunity. No one should walk their journey alone.
